Sunshine Cleaning Specialist has been established for more than 8 years in Sydney. Our friendly cleaners are professional, courteous and specialise in regualr weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans, one off cleans and end of lease(Bond Clean),Commercial clean, professional steam carpet clean. All the cleaning equipments and products are provided by our company!

GENERAL CLEANING:
Dusting: All the skirting boards and tables in the house.
Kitchen: Sink cleaned and polished, all cupboard surfaces wiped clean, Backsplash cleaned, oven outside cleaned, microwave inside and outside cleaned, stove cleaned and polished.
Bathroom: Clean shower screen, clean tiles(mould especially), baths and sinks cleaned, all taps cleaned, mirror cleaned.
Bedrooms: Surfaces dusted and wiped down, window sills, vacuuming and mop in applicable areas.
Living Areas: Surfaces dusted and wiped down, vacuum and mop applicable areas, window sills.
Spring Clean:
All of above Plus windows and blinds, walls, inside cupboards, fans and lights, inside oven, all glass doors, inside fridge. ( Additional cost incur)
BOND CLEANING/END OF LEASE CLEANING:
Whole house:
Dusting all the cobwebs, skirting boards
Scrub and wipe all the walls (especially dirty marks and finger prints)
Scrub and wipe the wardrobes in the bedrooms, plus clean mirrors on the wardrobe sliding door
Wipe all the doors and door frames
Clean all the blinds
Windows:
Clean all the glass door windows and normal windows inside and out, frames plus remove all the dirt from all of the window tracks
Kitchen:
Clean cooktop, range-hood, exhaust-fan remove the grease, oven, inside the cupboard, all the surface of the kitchen cupboard, top of the cupboard, sink.
Bathroom:
Clean cupboards of the bathroom, showers, bath tubs, exhaust-fans, all the walls and windows, bath tub and mirrors.
Laundry:
Clean all the cupboard, clean the sink, walls and windows.
Vacuuming:
Vacuum the window tracks, vacuum the kitchen cupboards, well-vacuumed the whole house
Mopping:
Mop all the required floor areas, use disinfectant liquid or bleach (depends on the material of the floor)
